The Clinical House Med Tec group of companies with its headquarters in Zuchwil, Switzerland stands for innovative operating systems and implants for surgery, orthopaedics and dentistry. The company, which can look back over 40 years of tradition was created from Mathys Osteosynthese as the result of a management buyout in 2004.

Nowadays, the Clinical House Med Tec group of companies achieves a turnover of some 70 million euros with around 120 employees. In addition to selling Synthes implant systems for traumatology, orthopaedics and CMF surgery in northern Germany, Clinical House Group also develops, produces and sells tooth implant systems in Europe. Clinical House is geared up to the requirements of global medical engineering through a worldwide network of cooperative partners in the spheres of research, development and production.

High-tech implants across the world
Clinical House Europe has been researching oral implantology with the aim of considerably improving the periointegration of tooth implants at the international business site in Zurich since 2005. Clinical House Europe has achieved the decisive technology transfer for the development of the perio-type product line with the miniaturization of the gas flow sputtering process, the construction of the bridge-shaped implant shoulder (SIS) and the development of a bioactive implant surface.

SYNTHES – world market leader for osteosynthesis
Clinical House has been selling the leading SYNTHES operation system for osteosynthesis, traumatology and spinal columns in northern Germany for more than 40 years from the site in Bochum. The constant expansion and further development of the company has been achieved with innovations like the locking compression plate (LCP) and the artificial spinal disc Prodisc.
